Visitor to Homeless Centre

A day centre for homeless and rootless people opens every Christmas in the centre of Sheffield to offer food, clothing, support and often just companionship to local people without a home. The organisers point out that the centre is also used by people who may have a home, but are without roots in the city, and may find Christmas a particularly lonely time of year. |
