Lacrosse Champions







Two members of the English Lacrosse team after winning the European Championship in 1997. They admit that Lacrosse used to be considered a sport only for schoolgirls in the United Kingdom, but pointed out that the game is actually quite dangerous, with players regularly suffering broken bones and other injuries. They added that more and more children are getting interested in the game, which originated with the Iroquois nation of American Indians centuries ago.
