Derbyshire Apple Orchard
An organic gardener takes a rest and a bite of a late apple after spending the day working in an orchard in Derbyshire. The orchard, originally planted in the early part of the century, has been brought back to life by a team of gardeners using traditional organic methods. Over 2,000 apples were produced in the orchard in 1997, many of which were given away by the gardeners to friends. |
