Recumbent Cycling
As governments begin to encourage alternative forms of transport, the range of bicycle designs is increasing dramatically. These recumbent cycles enable a rider to relax more when cycling, but also reach higher speeds with less effort because of the reduced wind resistance. The leading rider here is in his eighties, and had cycled about sixty miles to a rally earlier that morning. |
